“Globus is great, but Jeff is better! A trip like this gives you a more intimate experience of the country; the ability to get out among the people and interact. This is something that is lost when 60 people emerge from a bus. Also, the buses can't get to many of the "off-the-path" places that we enjoyed, which were some of the most meaningful. The spiritual "feel" of sacred sites could be savored in a small group. We could go to the gardens at Blarney Castle, which we enjoyed as much as the castle! The first castle we visited … and, we were ALONE on the grounds for a while to explore and feel the magic.....All the sights were glorious......Trinity College, the library with all the history......Kylemore Abbey blew my mind. Also, the Newgrange Passage Tomb was very, very powerful! The BOYS (Ardgroom Stone Circle) was an enchanting site and had my imagination spinning as I stared at them all in a circle.
